I scheduled an appointment for Monday at 8:00 AM for a dental emergency. The appointment was confirmed, but the doctor changed it at 11:13 PM to 2:00 PM. The communication was very late, and I didn't check my email that early. I arrived for the appointment, and as you can see, the office was closed. I find it unprofessional to cancel an appointment at 11:00 PM. It would have been better to call earlier to let me know that no one would be in the office. I don't know why they allow appointments to be scheduled online if they end up changing them. Luckily, I was able to find another doctor who helped me and resolved my problem. I would not recommend this office due to this lack of commitment to their patients.
